We repair all makes and models of laptops and notebooks. Major brands such as Sony, Toshiba, IBM, Dell, etc. to lesser known brands such as Alienware, Northstar, ECS, Hyperdata, etc.
Can you repair my Apple Mac?
We fix all types of Apple computers, including MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, MacBook and Imac.
Is there any warranty on the repair work?
Yes. There is a 90 day warranty on all repairs.
Do you offer pickup / delivery?
Yes. We offer pick up & delivery service in Delhi and NCR .
Can you guarantee you can fix my laptop?
We do repair 95% or more of the laptops we attempt. However, there are some laptops where we must replace a major component rather than repair the part due to part availability or because of extensive damage to the unit causing the price to climb beyond a reasonable repair cost. Here, we recommend the laptop be replaced rather then repaired.
What is your typical turn-around time?
We try to post our diagnostic report via our repair status page and by email within 3-4 after receiving your laptop. Once a repair is authorized we see a typical 1-2 day completion and testing time on a repair. If a part is required which is not in our vast in-house stock of parts, up to 7 days can be added to the repair time as we need to order the needed part(s).
Do you repair iPhones,iPods and iPads?
Yes. We address all kind of issues (Software or Hardware) for your iPhones, iPods and iPads.
